Meet the team

The primary responsibility of Community Liaisons is to be the key contact between the organization and community members.

They work to provide their communities with regular updates on projects that affect their communities in cooperation with MTI staff, consultants, and advisors. This is usually done through organizing workshops, meetings, and written updates.

The Community Liaisons team at MTI plays a vital role in fostering strong connections between our organization and the communities we serve. Our dedicated liaisons are committed to understanding and addressing the unique needs and concerns of each community, ensuring that our programs and initiatives are both relevant and impactful. By actively engaging with local leaders, residents, and stakeholders, the team facilitates open communication and collaboration, helping to build trust and promote mutual understanding. Whether through organizing community events, providing resources and support, or advocating for community interests, the Community Liaisons team is at the forefront of MTI’s mission to make a positive and lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
